Happy New Year! I hope January treated you all well.
It's been a while since I let you know about some of the many wonderful books I've edited. First, a few months ago I got a big package in the mail. It was labeled HEAVY and it sure was!
Inside was the three-volume Modernist Pizza project that I worked on! I am blown away that they sent me a copy—all 3 volumes in a sturdy red stainless-steel case, plus a spiral-bound Kitchen Manual (the whole thing retails for $425!). It's a beaut.
And here are just a few other books I edited that I think you might like—as always, I tend toward a mix of cookbooks, food-related books, and some that are just what we call "trade nonfiction":
